The XRPL Experience — Built Into XRPWALL

XRPWALL turns a retro web game into a live demo of what’s possible on the XRP Ledger (XRPL): sign with XUMM, save scores on-chain, verify them on an explorer, and watch the ledger update in real time.

🎮 Play the Game. Write to the Blockchain.

Finish a round of XRPWALL Invaders and optionally save your score on-chain. You’ll sign a tiny transaction using your own wallet via XUMM—no keys shared with us.

  • Each score = 1 drop (0.000001 XRP) + network fee
  • Your name, score & level are stored in a JSON Memo
  • Public, permanent, and verifiable

🧾 The On-Chain Leaderboard

Our leaderboard reads scores directly from the ledger—no private database, no hidden logic. Anyone can audit the same data using an explorer like XRPSCAN.

{ "t": "score",
"p": "PlayerName",
"s": 12345,
"l": 3,
"ts": 1730158000 }

The game submits a Payment to the XRPWALL address with this JSON Memo. Our leaderboard lists and sorts those on-chain memos.

🤝 Why This Matters

Decentralized Transparency

Scores aren’t just “on our server.” They’re on the XRPL where anyone can verify them—forever.

Simple, Secure Signatures

XUMM handles the signing. Your private keys never touch our site. You’re in control.

Tiny, Affordable Writes

A single score write costs a drop. Micro-interactions become feasible app building blocks.

Open Data, Open Ideas

Live WebSockets + JSON-RPC make it easy to build dashboards, games, badges, and more—without heavy infrastructure.

🪙 How You Can Contribute

Every ledger entry helps grow the public history of the XRPL. You can:

  • Play a round and sign your score
  • Verify transactions on an explorer
  • Fork the concept: store badges, timestamps, or “proof of play” on-chain

❓ FAQ

Do I need XRP to post a score?
Yes, a tiny amount. Each score costs 1 drop (0.000001 XRP) plus network fee.
Is my score public?
Yes. Your score memo is recorded on the public ledger. Anyone can view it on an explorer.
What wallet do you support?
We use XUMM for signing—desktop with QR or mobile deep link.
Is this just for games?
No. The same pattern works for badges, check-ins, proofs, small messages, and more—any light data you want verifiable and permanent.
