By using XRP Wall, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and XRP Wall (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website (xrpwall.net) and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use XRP Wall.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase pixels or upload content. By using XRP Wall, you represent that you meet this requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Registration & User Information

We only collect the information you voluntarily provide—such as email address for confirmations and details needed for uploading your ad. We do not track or collect any other personal data, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties.

4. Purchasing Pixels

• Selection: You select a rectangular group of pixel blocks on the 100×100 grid. Each block represents a 10×10 pixel area in your final ad image.
• Payment: All pixel purchases are made using XRP on the XRPL via XAMAN (formerly XUMM). At checkout, you will see the cost in USD and the equivalent in XRP, including any network fees. You must complete payment through XAMAN for your purchase to finalize.
• Finality: All purchases are final once payment is confirmed on the XRPL. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after payment is processed.
• Ad Duration: Your ad remains live for as long as this website exists—our goal is to operate for at least five (5) years—and the blocks will not be resold.

5. Content Submission & Guidelines

When you upload your ad image and associated details, you agree to the following:

• Ownership & License: You represent that you own or have the right to use all images, text, and other content you submit. By uploading, you grant XRP Wall a non‐exclusive, royalty‐free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute your ad image and details on xrpwall.net and related services.
• Content Restrictions: You may not upload or display any content that:
  • Is illegal, defamatory, or hateful;
  • Contains adult, pornographic, or explicit material;
  • Violates intellectual property rights of any third party;
  • Promotes violence, discrimination, or harassment.
• “HODL’r Since” Field: You may optionally select the year you began holding XRP to display as “HODL’r Since” on your ad’s detail page. Providing inaccurate or misleading information is prohibited.
• Social & Transaction Links: You may include optional links (website, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok) and choose to show your XRPL transaction link. All URLs must be valid and comply with content guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any link at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on XRP Wall (excluding your uploaded ads) is owned by or licensed to us. This includes website code, design, graphics, logos, and trademarks. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

7. Privacy & Data

We only collect the information you voluntarily provide (e.g., email address, ad details). We do not collect any other personal data, nor do we sell or share your information with third parties. Any data you submit is used solely to facilitate ad purchases, email confirmations, and customer support.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• No Warranties: XRP Wall is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of XRP Wall will not exceed the amount you paid for pixels (if any).
• No Indirect Damages: We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or any punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of XRP Wall, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold XRP Wall (and its officers, directors, employees, and agents) harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your content, your use of XRP Wall, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications & Termination

• Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of XRP Wall constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• Service Changes: We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any loss of access or functionality.
• Account Termination: We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or engages in unlawful or harmful behavior, at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of XRP Wall are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which XRP Wall is operated. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of our jurisdiction.
